Operations Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a business-­‐to-­‐business sales environment, be a creative thinker who is results-­‐driven, personable, flexibly embraces change, graceful and efficient under pressure, and loves working on a team. Oh and likes to have fun too! Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing back end operational support for sales reps
  • Manage and resolve operational issues for clients
  • Update clients on session and event progress
  • Build dashboards
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and travel
  • Assist with event planning
  • Maintain internal processes and records
  • Track client contract cycle
  • Create sales quotes, invoices, and estimates
  • Complete procurement and new vendor forms
  • Communicate with all levels of customers, including CEOs
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Experience with Outlook a plus
  • Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize sensitive assignments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good project management and logic skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • General excitement to learn
  • Proven customer service excellence
