The Price of Apathy
If you picture the stereotypical “bad boss,” what images come to mind? An old man in a suit about to burst at the seams, smoking a cigar with his feet planted on the desk, while his entire department rushes to keep up with his demands? Don’t let apathy plague your team.
- A disengaged team. If your workforce is constantly trying to avoid an uncompassionate manager, how likely are they to be knowledgeable and inspired by new developments?
